Showcase Your Work in Our Street-Facing Display Windows at DÓTTIR

We offer the opportunity to rent one of our large, street-facing shop windows at DÓTTIR, the perfect way to showcase your products, art, or creative project in a central, high-visibility location in Vienna’s 8th district.

Each rental includes full use of a spacious display window with high pedestrian traffic, plus the option to be featured on our Instagram @dottirinvienna (if desired).

Setup and take-down times:
• Setup: On the first day of your rental, before 12:00 noon
• Take-down: On the last day, by 12:00 noon

Host Your Event at DÓTTIR

Our space is available to rent for workshops, pop-ups, readings, meetings, exhibitions, baby showers, birthdays, or any creative event that aligns with our values.

Located in the heart of Vienna’s 8th district, DÓTTIR offers a welcoming, safe, and inspiring atmosphere for women* individuals.

Availability

The space can be booked daily between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM, seven days a week.

Rates & Booking Conditions

Rental starts from a minimum of 2 hours
A cleaning fee may apply depending on the effort required
The space must be returned in the same condition it was handed over

Cancellation Policy

8 to 6 weeks before the event: 50% cancellation fee
6 to 2 weeks before the event: 75% cancellation fee
Less than 2 weeks before the event: 100% cancellation fee

Want to make your event extra special? Upon request, we can assist with:

Catering coordination
Photography / videography
PR and social media support

These services are billed hourly – prices available upon request (excl. VAT).
